Hotell Onyxen, Boutique- & Lifestyle, Adults Only - Gothenburg

I had a lovely two-night stay. The decor was super cute and cozy, with a warm vibe. My single room was small but perfect for my needs. The staff were amazing and very cute. Plus, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious ☕

The Hotell was located very well for us then our main purpose with the stay was visit Liseberg. There was also a lot of restaurantes located in the area.

The breakfast was not so god, it was honestly realy bad.

The hotel was very comfortable and located in a lovely neighbourhood with a range of bars and restaurants on the doorstep.It was also within easy walking distance of the city centre as well as having the tram network on its doorstep. Plus breakfast exceeded my expectation. I would definitely return.

The hotel could make much more of their location on their website and in particular directions by public transport from the airport would be very helpful. It's so easy once you know but the website doesn't cover it.

Unique artwork throughout created a cute atmosphere, and the bamboo toothbrush was a thoughtful touch. The hotel felt homey and was amazing location near my conference venue.

It is not a tre start hotel.

They provided a free light meal Monday to Thursday. Breakfast was good and with free internet and the location it made an excellent place to stay for a night on business.

The quirky atmosphere and beautiful decor really stood out to me 🍰 The staff were super nice and breakfast was fantastic! Just wish there were more hanging options in the room.

Location to Swedenish Exihibition centre the staff were very hopefully but a little confussed at times

They serve hot and exceptional breakfasts for all tastes with cereals and a great view, for example. Excellent staff provides a very good service.

Great value and comfy stay!

Spent 3 nights in a cozy room, super comfy! The breakfast spread was good too, with fresh pastries and nice coffee. Worth it!

Extremely friendly staff. The room was very spacious (room 51), although the bathroom only had a shower and not a bathtub. Great to have free wireless internet. Also great to have complimentary warm cofee / tee available at the lounge room. The hotel also served a complimetary buffet in the evening. Simple, but very convenient after a long day of work and I didn't feel like looking for a restaurant outside. This really made the difference!

The night receptionist, although friendly, was not very familiar with the computer system and could not change the name on the invoice, as I needed to have it in the company's name. If you need to check out at night, beter to prepare it before the night shift.

The service here was good. The rooms were huge and modern with of course wardrobe and an extra sofabed plus window open, just what we needed. The breakfast was warm and exceptional with scrambled eggs and bacon.

Comfortable experience, wonderful if you're looking for modern amenities and really good in-room service.

All the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The coffee/tea/snacks available on-tap in the breakfastroom reception area were very convenient. The light evening meals Monday-Thursday (included in room rate) meant it was not necessary to spend on an evening meals elsewhere. The room was large, bright, clean and comfortable.

The room did not have a fridge or room safe.

The hotel staff was excellent. Everything was clean and nice.

Bathroom in my room was awkward. Nothing separates the shower from the rest of the bathroom, so when you take a shower it leaks all over the bathroom floor. Sink is awkwardly positioned also.
